What this rule checks

The business process identifier (BT-23) is not free text: it must follow the shape urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:NN:1.0, where NN is the two digit process number.

How to fix it

Rewrite cbc:ProfileID accordingly, for example urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0 for the standard billing process.
