FA(3) is the Polish structured invoice schema published by the Ministry of Finance for KSeF, mandatory since 1 February 2026 for taxpayers above PLN 200 m and since 1 April 2026 for everyone.
When it is used
Every Polish invoice passes through KSeF in this format. The schema is full of xsd:choice constructs, so structure, cardinality and closed enumerations are checked by the official XSD, never re-encoded by hand.
