The invoice line net amount (BT-131) must equal the invoiced quantity multiplied by the item net price divided by the price base quantity, plus the line charges and minus the line allowances. This is a Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 rule. It applies on top of the EN 16931 core standard, on invoices exchanged over the Peppol network.
