When an allowance or charge states both a base amount (BT-93 or BT-100) and a percentage (BT-94 or BT-101), the resulting amount (BT-92 or BT-99) must equal base multiplied by percentage divided by 100. This is a Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 rule. It applies on top of the EN 16931 core standard, on invoices exchanged over the Peppol network.
What this rule checks
When an allowance or charge states both a base amount (BT-93 or BT-100) and a percentage (BT-94 or BT-101), the resulting amount (BT-92 or BT-99) must equal base multiplied by percentage divided by 100.
How to fix it
Recompute cbc:Amount in the cac:AllowanceCharge from cbc:BaseAmount and cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric, rounded to two decimals.
