Any scheme identifier carried by the identifier targeted by this rule must be coded with a value from the ISO 6523 ICD list. The official assertion does not name the element; BR-DEX-04, BR-DEX-05 and BR-DEX-06 each apply the same requirement to a different identifier of the XRechnung Extension. This is an XRechnung rule (German KoSIT CIUS). It applies on top of EN 16931 and Peppol, and is mandatory for B2G invoicing in Germany.
