A SUB INVOICE LINE (BG-DEX-01) must contain exactly one SUB INVOICE LINE VAT INFORMATION (BG-DEX-06). This is an XRechnung rule (German KoSIT CIUS). It applies on top of EN 16931 and Peppol, and is mandatory for B2G invoicing in Germany.

Add or remove BG-DEX-06 so that each sub-line carries exactly one.
