The invoice must contain at least one INVOICE LINE (BG-25) whose Item classification identifier (BT-158) uses the scheme identifier CVD and whose Item attribute name (BT-160) is cva. This is an XRechnung rule (German KoSIT CIUS). It applies on top of EN 16931 and Peppol, and is mandatory for B2G invoicing in Germany.

What this rule checks

The invoice must contain at least one INVOICE LINE (BG-25) whose Item classification identifier (BT-158) uses the scheme identifier CVD and whose Item attribute name (BT-160) is cva.

How to fix it

Add an invoice line carrying a BT-158 with scheme CVD and a BT-160 set to cva.
