Slovenia - e-invoicing mandate

B2B mandatory from 1 January 2028 — not June 2026

Slovenia's B2B mandate is one of the most widely mis-reported dates in Europe. It is NOT June 2026: the adopted ZIERDED law (Uradni list RS 85/2025) fixes B2B e-invoice exchange at 1 January 2028, with the register of service providers taking effect on 1 October 2027. B2G has been running since 2015, with budget users exchanging e-SLOG invoices through the UJP.
