Greece - e-invoicing mandate
B2B phasing in from 2 March 2026 — myDATA reporting already mandatory
Greece is phasing in B2B e-invoicing during 2026: large enterprises with 2023 turnover above €1M from 2 March 2026, and all other businesses from 1 October 2026, with a graduated period through the end of the year. The EU authorisation for the mandate (Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/502) is verified. Separately, myDATA has required real-time transmission of invoices and e-books to the AADE since 2021, and pre-fills VAT returns since 2024. B2G has been mandatory since September 2025 above €2,500.
