Quando é usada

Uma transferência ou um débito directo SEPA têm de levar SvcLvl = SEPA; qualquer outro valor é rejeitado pelo esquema. Fora da SEPA, o valor escolhe a velocidade e o compromisso de liquidação que está a pagar. Não confundir com o instrumento local, que nomeia o esquema ou o produto, não o serviço.
