Cuándo se usa
Una transferencia o un adeudo SEPA deben llevar SvcLvl = SEPA; cualquier otro valor lo rechaza el esquema. Fuera de SEPA, el valor elige la velocidad y el compromiso de liquidación que estás pagando. No lo confundas con el instrumento local, que nombra el esquema o producto, no el servicio.
